**I posted this earlier today and the pictures didn't come through. I reposted the pictures so that hopefully you can see them now! If not, let's just blame Picasa!!**
When the temperature climbs up the themometer, we are always looking for a place to cool off!
When the temperature climbs up the themometer, we are always looking for a place to cool off!
Last weekend was one of those days! It was over 100 degrees! We decided to hit our favorite cooling off spot after church. We headed to Wildcat Creek. It's in the Chattoohcee National Forest, so it's a free area for anyone to enjoy. We love going and packing a lunch to spend the day!
The last time we went, we got there just as a thunder storm did and Knox was the only one who got in before we had to run from the thunder and lightning. But this time we all got to get in!

Hubby and Knox did their normal hot-doggin'...
(Hubby wanted me to let you all know that this is what we call Redneck Surfing!)
But Hamp decided he wanted to go down the slide too...
His face says it all...
We all had a great time on a HOT summer day!
Who said you had to spend a lot of money to have a great day!
I don't know why, but your pictures didn't come through for me, today... but I have a pretty good idea of what happened and I know that you guys had a wonderful time... I'll check back tomorrow so that I can look at the pictures and hope that you can come visit when you get a chance...
